Matt Squared (matt²) is a design, development and construction company delivering luxury residential projects across the Redcliffe Peninsula in South East Queensland. Founded in early 2025 by locals Matt Bradley (Design) and Matt Menere (Construction), we bring design thinking and build precision together from concept to completion. Located at 21 James Street, Scarborough on the Redcliffe Peninsula, Jacára is a boutique collection of thoughtfully designed townhouses inspired by the rhythm of the seasons and the flowering jacaranda that defines its arrival.
